Mayonnaise | 50g |
Broccoli | 50g |
Carrot | 25g |
Green Peas | 25g |
American Corn | 25g |
Salt | 1.5g |
Pepper (Crushed) | 0.5g |
Capsicum (Yellow, Green, Red) | 25g |
Directions
Step 01 Blanch carrot, green peas, and American corn separately. Keep it aside. Blanch broccoli and keep it aside.
Step 02 Mix all the blanched vegetables. Add cut capsicum.
Step 03 Add mayonnaise, salt, and crushed pepper.
Step 04 Mix it well and serve.
