Oil | 10ml |
Jeera | 0.5g |
Onion | 50g |
Ginger Garlic Paste | 10g |
Tomato | 100g |
MTR Chilli Powder | 1g |
MTR Turmeric powder | 0.5g |
MTR Pav Bhaji Masala | 5g |
Salt | 4g |
MTR Rice Sevai (cooked) | 200g |
Lemon Juice | 3g |
Coriander Leaves | 3g |
Green Peas | 25g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin and fry well.
Step 02 Add onion and sauté untill translucent.
Step 03 Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw flavor goes off.
Step 04 Add spice powder and salt. Mix well and cook on a low flame.
Step 05 Add pre-cooked green peas and cooked rice sevai.
Step 06 Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
Step 07 Serve hot.
