Ingredients
| Oil | 15ml |
| Garlic | 10g |
| Ginger | 10g |
| Green Chilli | 5g |
| Onion | 60g |
| Salt | 3g |
| Sugar | 0.5g |
| Soya Sauce | 15g |
| Red Chilli Paste | 7.5g |
| Coriander Leaves | 3g |
| MTR Vermicelli | 100g |
| Water | 250ml |
| Spring Onion | 4g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat oil in a pan, and add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilli.
Step 02 Add chopped onion and sauté till translucent.
Step 03 Add salt, red chilli paste, sugar, soya sauce, and water.
Step 04 Add MTR vermicelli and cook till vermicelli turns soft.
Step 05 Add coriander leaves and spring onion.
Step 06 Switch off the flame. Serve hot.
