Mustard Seed | 1g |
Chana Dal | 2g |
Cashew Nut | 5g |
Green Chilli | 5g |
Curry Leaves | 1g |
Ginger | 5g |
Onion | 75g |
Water | 600ml |
MTR Vermicelli | 200g |
Coconut (Grated) | 10g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, and fry till it crackles.
Step 02 Add chana dal and cashew nut and fry till it is brown.
Step 03 Add curry leaves, chopped green chilli, and ginger.
Step 04 Add chopped onion and sauté till translucent.
Step 05 Add water and mix well. Once it starts boiling, add the MTR Vermicelli and cook until it softens.
Step 06 Add grated coconut and mix it well. Serve hot.
