Ingredients
| MTR Vermicelli | 200g |
| Carrot | 50g |
| Beans | 40g |
| Potato | 50g |
| Cauliflower | 40g |
| Onion | 120g |
| Green Chilli | 15g |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | 15g |
| Tomato | 180g |
| Curd | 110g |
| Coriander Leaves | 5g |
| Mint Leaves | 5g |
| Salt | 11g |
| Water | 750ml |
| MTR Biryani Masala | 15g |
| Ghee | 45g |
Directions
Step 01 Heat ghee in a pan, add sliced onion, and sauté till its brown color.
Step 02 Add slit green chilli, and ginger garlic paste and sauté till the raw flavor goes off.
Step 03 Add sliced tomato and sauté till mushy.
Step 04 Add MTR Biryani Masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curd, and salt.
Step 05 Add cut vegetables and sauté well. Add water and mix well.
Step 06 Add the roasted vermicelli and close and cook on dim flame for 7-10 minutes.
Step 07 Open the lid, mix it well and serve hot.
