MTR Rice Sevai (cooked) | 300g |
Oil | 30ml |
Mustard | 1g |
Chana Dal | 5g |
Cashewnut | 10g |
Green Chilli | 4g |
Curry Leaves | 1g |
MTR Turmeric Powder | 0.3g |
MTR Vangi Bhath Masala | 15g |
Tamarind Pulp | 37.5g |
Jaggery | 2.5g |
Salt | 6g |
Brinjal | 200g |
Copra (grated) | 5g |
Water | 50ml |
Directions
Step 01 Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seed and chana dal and fry till light brown.
Step 02 Add Cashew nut and fry till brown.
Step 03 Add green chilli and curry leaves, chopped brinjal, and sauté well.
Step 04 Add MTR Turmeric Powder, MTR Vangi Bhath Masala, salt, jaggery and tamarind pulp.
Step 05 Add water and cook well. Add grated copra and mix well.
Step 06 Add cooked rice sevai and mix well.
Step 07 Serve hot.
