Ingredients
MTR Roasted Vermicelli | 100g |
Cashew Nut | 10g |
Pista | 5g |
Almond | 10g |
Raisin | 15g |
Khoya | 75g |
Ghee | 40g |
For Syrup | |
Water | 350ml |
Sugar | 100g |
Cardamom Powder | 1g |
Clove | 0.5g |
Saffron | 0.01g |
Rose Water | 2ml |
Directions
Step 01 Boil water and add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves.
Step 02 Add clove, cardamom powder, saffron, and rose water. Keep it aside.
Step 03 Heat ghee in a pan, add dry fruits and fry till it is light brown. Remove them into a bowl and set it aside.
Step 04 Add MTR Vermicelli and fry for 1 minute. Add sugar syrup and mix well.
Step 05 Cook until vermicelli softens. Add khoya and mix well.
Step 06 Add dry fruits and switch off the flame.
Step 07 Mix well and serve hot.
